So I'm reading this law journal article on trademark dilution that takes the complete opposite stance I do on every point. I read this line that argues 'dilution by tarnishment' is the epitome of a legal oxymoron because it "is, in essence, the same thing as saying someone can go left by turning right," and my first thought was that you could obviously turn left by turning right three times.
