Went home for 3 days last week, and managed to get 1) nothing done, and 2) put batteries in my biological clock. Babies! So cute! Barely managed to see anyone besides family -- Linger and my grandparents apparently hang out in the same hood, and Marisa is persistent enough to meet me at the airport as I'm about to leave -- so will saving the real socializing for Christmas.

Am now unpacking. And then will be repacking. I'm going to Seattle tomorrow afternoon for my last callback...and then from then on it's getting ready for Hallowe'en in New York, catching up on reading and deciding where I want to live.

Quote of the day: "Aborted babies would have voted Democrat anyway."

Babies ARE cute. Aborted ones not so much.

at first I thought you meant babies were the batteries you put in your biological clock.

That would be royally screwed up. Yet fascinating on a biological level. Kinda like The Matrix, where you're powered by babies.
