For the first time in two decades, I may actually have a Hallowe'en costume in time for the date. And not just an idea, like last year's Go Go Yubari. An actual thing that I put together during breaks. I'm loving my West 8th thrift stores.

My roommate will be going as Tinkerbell, and I am taking donations of green leotards (sized XS adult, or M/L child) and glitter. I figure she deserves a fresh pair of wings, though.

And on a somewhat unrelated note, there is an upside to having been elected onto the board of an ALSA due to spectacular indifference -- you get to play "find the conservative" during meetings and cause mayhem by casting dissenting votes by email. It's like playing online RPGs -- you can play dirty and shoot people in the back online, but are best buddies when there's pizza to be shared.
